The billionaire admitted that he signed documents allowing puberty blockers to be administered to his older transgender daughter, Xavier. Musk said he was threatened with the prospect that Xavier would commit suicide if he did not agree. He described puberty blockers as a measure of sterilization. When asked about Xavier's current situation, Musk stated, "So my son, Xavier, is dead, killed by the woke mind virus."

The billionaire also discussed the concept of the "dead name." He suggested that this term stems from the idea that the person known before the transition process "dies." The perceived death of Xavier has deeply affected Musk, who now wants to advocate for the welfare of other children. In the interview, Elon Musk vowed to combat the "woke mind virus" for the rest of his life, attributing Xavier's "death" to propaganda.
