- Two election ballot boxes were set on fire in the US states of Washington and Oregon. Hundreds of ballots were destroyed. Investigators are searching for a suspect responsible for the arson, reported CNN.
- We cannot yield to the will of a petty tyrant, said the Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris on Tuesday during her largest and most climactic campaign rally in Washington.
