Drone operators destroyed the system from the 27th Pechersk Brigade of the National Guard, he shared on social media.

The launcher, which the Russians had hidden in the forest, was revealed during a reconnaissance flight "on one of the most intense sections of the front," wrote Klymenko.

"The precise strike completely destroyed the enemy equipment. The cost of such a complex reaches up to $10 million," emphasized the minister.

Equipment support from Pyongyang

Meanwhile, North Korea is supplying Russia with long-range artillery systems, which are being sent to the Kursk region, wrote the British newspaper "Financial Times" on Saturday, citing information from Ukrainian intelligence.

This involves about 50 self-propelled M1989 howitzers with a 170-millimetre calibre and 20 upgraded multiple rocket launch systems based on the Soviet-designed BM-27 "Uragan," which can launch both standard and guided missiles.

Ukrainian intelligence confirmed the presence of the equipment when, in recent days, images of North Korean howitzers, which were supposed to be headed to Russia, circulated on social media.
