Moscow woman denied bail over post on "Freedom of Russia"
A 66-year-old resident of Moscow has been arrested for a social media post concerning the "Freedom of Russia" Legion. The court denied her request to change her preventive measure. The information was reported by the OVD-Info service.
Alina Argachova, a 66-year-old from Moscow, was arrested on charges of "justifying terrorism." The reason was a social media post about the "Freedom of Russia" Legion, which is fighting against the Russian army in Ukraine.
Argachova requested the court to amend her preventive measure, explaining that she is responsible for caring for her father. However, the judge rejected her request, as confirmed by the OVD-Info service.
Argachova was detained in February last year, and in November, she was added to the registry of terrorists and extremists. The "Freedom of Russia" Legion is recognized by Russia as a terrorist organization.
