Russian airports, ammunition depots, and training grounds are no longer considered safe after Ukraine received permission from its allies to target locations within Russia, emphasizes "The Wall Street Journal."

In response to Moscow's deployment of North Korean ground forces on the front line, the administration of U.S. President Joe Biden gave Ukraine the approval to use American weapons to strike targets deep inside Russia.

The newspaper anticipates that the next Ukrainian missile strike could focus on the Rostov region. The paper highlights that this area contains many new potential targets for Ukrainian missiles, such as air bases and numerous armament factories.

An attack on the Rostov region could be devastating and disrupt a key staging area for Russian units, writes the "WSJ".

The acting head of the Rostov region, Yury Slyusar, warned residents a few days ago about the imminent threat posed by a Ukrainian attack with American ATACMS missiles.

The Institute for the Study of War identified around 200 military targets within the reach of ATACMS and Storm Shadow systems. ISW analyst George Barros notes that this is just a fraction of the possible targets. According to him, Ukraine may use intelligence data to strike headquarters and other facilities that change location.
