These are likely people who were taken from the military village of Kamenka near Saint Petersburg, where the 138th Separate Motor Rifle Brigade is stationed. At least 500 men who refused to fight were held there.

A week ago, it was widely reported that Ukrainian Security Service forces captured 102 soldiers from the 488th Motor Rifle Regiment of the Russian Armed Forces and the notorious "Akhmat" unit of Ramzan Kadyrov.
