The Telegram channel "Fighterbomber" is run by a retired pilot from the Russian Air Force. The channel is often very well-informed about Russian aviation activities.
Many of the reports provided by Russian media may not be accurate. Such reports could be part of an information war by the Russian Federation.
On Tuesday, the channel reported on Polish aviation exercises in the Kaliningrad region. "Two hours ago, the 'pszeki' practiced operations in the Kaliningrad Special Area. They made six approaches," the report states. 'Pszeki' is a derogatory term for Poles in the Russian language.
"On the last turn, they were 40 kilometres from the state border. They are practicing," – it summarized. The post includes a photo showing the operational situation in the Kaliningrad region airspace, which also shows Polish territory.
