Kevin Bacon is undoubtedly a Hollywood legend, with a career spanning decades. His real breakthrough came with the role in the movie "Footloose" in 1984. Thanks to his character Ren McCormack, he quickly became a pop culture icon and has firmly established himself in the pantheon of Hollywood stars.
He demonstrated his acting prowess in Oliver Stone’s acclaimed "JFK" (1991) and – a year later – in "A Few Good Men" by Rob Reiner, alongside Jack Nicholson, Tom Cruise, and Demi Moore. This led to further offers coming in. In 1994, he co-starred with Meryl Streep in "The River Wild," earning his first Golden Globe nomination. He also won the coveted award for his role in "Taking Chance" in 2009.
Currently, a horror movie featuring him, "MaXXXine," is showing in theatres, while on Netflix, you can watch him in the new installment of "Beverly Hills Cop," where he plays a corrupt cop.

On his popular Instagram account (he has almost 5 million followers!), the actor posted a picture where he is casually lying on a stone shore, possibly wet from a cool dip during a hot summer. His unbuttoned shirt reveals his chest.
Fans left birthday wishes and compliments on the actor’s great shape in the comments. Even Kevin’s wife, Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actress Kyra Sedgwick, left a joking comment: "Not too shabby!"
David Duchovny, who is only slightly younger than Bacon, also decided to showcase the body of a mature man. In his latest film, which he directed himself, there is a nude scene, and it is deliberately comical.
Kevin Bacon tried "ordinary life": He wasn’t thrilled
In one of his recent interviews, Kevin Bacon revealed that he decided to conduct an unusual experiment. Along with special effects assistants, he prepared a disguise to feel like an average citizen for a day. "I met with a special effects expert, and after a few consultations, I asked him to create a very convincing disguise," Bacon said. His goal was to understand life without constant fan and paparazzi attention. After a few hours in the shoes of an "ordinary mortal," he concluded that it was not for him and that he wanted to be famous again.
