- 150 grams of cherry tomatoes,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 50 milliliters of 18% cream,
- 2 teaspoons of tomato paste,
- 300 grams of orzo pasta,
- 500 millilitres of vegetable broth,
- spices: salt and pepper to taste,
- 1/2 mozzarella in brine.
How to prepare:
Step 1. Begin by placing a pan on the stove. Then, heat the olive oil in it, adding cherry tomatoes and peeled and minced garlic cloves.
Step 2. Next, incorporate the cream and tomato paste.
Step 3. Don’t forget to add the vegetable broth, uncooked orzo pasta, and spices (salt and pepper). After combining all the ingredients, cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4. While waiting, slice the mozzarella into thin pieces. Add these slices to the pan after 10 minutes, cover it again, and give it another 3 minutes.
