Ingredients:

  • 2 puff pastries
  • 300 g vanilla pudding
  • 60 g pistachio cream
  • 200 g raspberries
  • chopped pistachios
  • 200 g milk chocolate

Preparation:

Step 1. Unroll the puff pastry on the counter and cut it into long strips.

Step 2. Combine the strips, making one long strip from each sheet. Wrap them into a spiral and place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a round cutter on the dough to retain the shape of the pastry. Put it in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 20 minutes.
