Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has been in office since 2020. According to Ukrainian media, President Volodymyr Zelensky is already "tired" of the current prime minister and plans to replace him with someone else.

The President is tired of Shmyhal; you can see it in his demeanour at meetings. He doesn't even listen to him anymore. This is something even more emotional than disappointment. Zelensky constantly craves creative solutions and proposals, but Shmyhal, who has grown in recent years, cannot completely change, said the newspaper's source.

According to "Ukrainska Pravda," several candidates are being considered for the position of Prime Minister. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko is under strong consideration.

Also considered is the candidacy of the former head of the Ministry of Regional Development and former chairman of the board of Naftohaz, Oleksiy Chernyshov.

As mentioned, Denys Shmyhal has been the Prime Minister of Ukraine since March 2020. Previously, he headed the state administration of the Ivano-Frankivsk region and worked as the Minister of Social and Territorial Development.

Zelensky asks the West. "We can stop Russia"

At the end of June, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in a post on social media, called on supporting countries to help Ukraine carry out further attacks on Russian soil.

We have enough determination to destroy terrorists on their territory. This is fair and we need the same determination from our partners. We can stop Russia, wrote Volodymyr Zelensky.
