Fluffy and light, perfect for a mid-morning snack, dessert, or an afternoon treat. Saying we love fritters is an understatement. But instead of yeast fritters, which take a lot of time to prepare, try yoghurt fritters. When I crave something sweet, I mix yoghurt with eggs. In no time, a heap of delicious pancakes is ready.
Quick yogurt fritters: Dessert ready in a few moments
Fritters usually require a little time since traditional recipes need to be started with a yeast mixture and require time to rise. However, if you suddenly crave fritters but don't have an extra burst of energy, make quick lazy pancakes. Take yogurt and eggs from the fridge, add a few tablespoons of flour, and in no time, you'll be enjoying a heap of delicious fritters.
Yoghurt fritters have a delicate taste and a light texture. Compose them however you like: with chocolate, jam, cocoa, or powdered sugar. When seasonal fruits are available, we recommend serving yoghurt fritters with fresh fruits and nuts.
