After shelling by Ukrainian forces in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, three people were killed. The village is located in the Belgorod region in western Russia. This information was reported by the independent Russian portal Mediazona, citing the region's governor.

Many of the reports provided by Russian media or government representatives are propaganda. They are part of the Russian Federation's information war.

Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said that three people died from their injuries before emergency medical services could arrive. Two additional people – a man and a woman – were injured.

Ukrainians struck another village

A little later, Gladkov reported that Ukrainian drones attacked the village of Bogun-Gorodok. A man was injured and was transported in critical condition to a hospital in Belgorod.

The mayor of Novorossiysk, Andrei Kravchenko, also reported on an attack by Ukrainian marine drones on the night from Wednesday to Thursday. Initially, the city authorities in the Krasnodar region urged residents not to walk along the waterfronts. In a subsequent announcement, these restrictions were lifted.
