"Marry me chicken". Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 large chicken breasts,
- 60 grams of all-purpose flour,
- 30 millilitres of olive oil,
- 30 milliliters of butter,
- 3 garlic cloves,
- 240 millilitres of chicken broth,
- 240 millilitres of heavy cream,
- 60 grams grated parmesan,
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional),
- ⅓ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes,
- oregano, thyme,
- fresh basil,
- salt, pepper.
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken breasts into smaller fillets, preferably in half. Then, dredge them in the flour.
- Sauté the meat in the heated olive oil and butter for 5 minutes on each side. Then, set the meat pieces aside on a plate.
- In the same pan, sauté the chopped garlic, and add the broth. Then deglaze the pan: turn the heat high and scrape off any bits stuck to the bottom with a wooden spoon.
