  • a pinch of salt,
  • powdered sugar for dusting.

Preparation:

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and set it aside to cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar, but do not beat—the batter should remain thick.
  3. Add the sifted flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt, then mix.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and combine it with the butter. Pour into the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the batter to a baking pan lined with parchment paper (approximately 20 cm in diameter).
  6. Bake at 175°C for about 20-25 minutes—the centre should remain slightly sticky.
  7. After baking, let it cool and dust with powdered sugar.

It's best to serve kladdkaka with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
