Seat Leon after the facelift - what's changed?
Like other compacts from the Volkswagen group, the Leon has received a refreshed edition. The changes are cosmetic and limited to a modified range of powertrains and updated multimedia options. Inside the vehicle are two newly designed interfaces with 26 cm and 33 cm infotainment systems. Drivers also have the option of wireless charging for mobile devices with a 15W charger.
There will be as many as seven powertrain options, including gasoline engines, diesels, and plug-in hybrids. However, customers must now be satisfied with only three of them. Details can be found below.
Seat Leon after the facelift - starting prices for powertrain versions
- 1.5 TSI 150 HP M6 - from $27,000
- 1.5 eTSI 150 HP DSG MHEV - from $30,000
- 2.0 TDI CR 150 HP DSG - from $33,000
It is worth noting that the prices of the gasoline versions refer to the hatchback variant. The Sportstourer requires an additional payment of $700. On the other hand, the diesel is paired exclusively with the Sportstourer body - at least for now.
The list of trim versions also seems very limited. Customers interested in the facelifted Leon have only two variants to choose from.
