Russia suffers 1,110 soldier loss in a day amidst fierce battles

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that in the past 24 hours, the Russians have lost over 1,000 soldiers. In addition, they lost an aircraft and 12 tanks.
Every day, the General Staff of Ukraine reports on Russian combat losses. The latest report indicates that the Russians lost 1,110 soldiers in the past day. Since the beginning of the war, the total number of Russian casualties exceeds 501,000.
In the past 24 hours, Russian losses have also included 12 tanks, 17 armored vehicles, 24 artillery systems, and one aircraft.
Close to the following numbers represent Russian losses since the beginning of the war, based on Ukrainian army estimates:
- Personnel - approximately 501,190 people,
- Tanks - 7,662,
- Combat units and armored vehicles - 14,803,
- Artillery systems - 12,953,
- MLRS - 1,083,
- Anti-aircraft equipment - 814,
- Aircraft - 357,
- Helicopters - 326,
- Operational-tactical level UAVs - 10,425,
- Cruise missiles - 2,209,
- Ships/boats - 27,
- Submarines - 1,
- Automotive equipment and tank trucks - 17,639,
- Special equipment - 2,111.
Missile attack
During the night of May 25th to 26th, Russian occupiers conducted a missile and air strike on Ukraine using 14 missile rockets launched from the air and nearly three dozen unmanned aerial vehicles, reported the Commander of the Ukrainian Air Force, Mykola Oleschuk.
Among the missiles were two Kh-47M2 "Kinzhal" aeroballistic missiles launched from a MiG-31K aircraft and 12 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles launched from strategic aviation Tu-95 MS aircraft. Additionally, 31 "Shahed-131/136" drones attacked Ukraine.
The Ukrainians successfully intercepted all the drones, as well as all the Kh-101/Kh-555 missiles.
