Massive fire near Moscow threatens factory with gas cylinders
Near Moscow, plumes of smoke have appeared. A factory is burning 19 kilometres from the Kremlin. The fire has covered more than 5,000 square metres.

A massive fire broke out in Khimki near Moscow – it is likely a workshop producing ceramic tiles is burning. The fire has already covered more than 5,000 square metres, and the roof has collapsed – according to reports on social media.
According to the NEXTA service, there are 30 gas cylinders inside the store, which could explode. Firefighters have extinguished 10 of them.
Ukrainian media report that "the enterprise designs high-temperature installations, produces technical ceramics, and more. The specifics of the production could be used in Russian military equipment."
Fire in Crimea
On Wednesday evening, a fire also broke out on the western part of the peninsula in the city of Eupatoria. According to the Russian Occupational Services, dried vegetation caught fire. The fire destroyed about 1,000 square metres. According to the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for Crimea, the number of fires in the region has increased by 25 percent.
"Information was received about the ignition of dry vegetation in an open area. Forces and assets from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched. Upon arrival, it was found that dry vegetation covering 200 square metres was burning," reads the communiqué of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
