Japanese-style fish: An easy fusion delight for any meal
Fish and vegetables make a wonderful pair, as demonstrated by the popularity of Greek-style fish. This dish often graces the tables and never loses its charm. Inspired by this, a new dish was created: Japanese-style fish. The concept is similar and definitely worth a try!
What makes Japanese-style fish stand out? It's incredibly juicy because the pieces are coated in pancake batter before being placed with the marinade and vegetables. This ensures the fish doesn't absorb too much marinade, stays firm, and doesn't fall apart. The vegetables are different too but are prepared like Greek-style fish.
Japanese-style, but without expensive ingredients
Despite what the name suggests, this dish won't need any hard-to-find ingredients. Another bonus is that it tastes fantastic, both warm and cold. You can use cod, salmon, pollock, or hoki for Japanese-style fish. Serve it with cooked rice or just with bread.
It's perfect for any occasion and works wonderfully as a lunch, dinner, or even a snack.
