Thanks to precise strikes, the HIMARS system allows for the destruction of important military targets, as confirmed by successful attacks on bridges in the Kursk region. Previous operations have demonstrated that this is one of the most effective artillery systems in Ukraine's arsenal. The Russians are shocked at how accurate and effective HIMARS is.

In recent days, there has been an intensification of fighting on Russian territory, where Ukrainian forces attempted to take control of a larger area and destroyed a Russian pontoon bridge on the Seim River using kamikaze drones. Satellite images confirmed the destruction of the temporary bridge, and large clouds of smoke gathered at the battle site.

The Russians built a pontoon bridge between the villages of Zvannoye and Glushkovo.

Previously, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed three bridges on the Seim River located directly on Russian territory in the Kursk region. Ukrainians used Western weapons for the attack - HIMARS systems, which wreaked havoc on Vladimir Putin's army. And they are still incredibly effective.

A drone captured the explosion of the bridges. Four holes prevented Russian military vehicles carrying equipment, tanks, or armoured personnel carriers from crossing the Seim River to the southern part of the Kursk region.

Thanks to precise HIMARS strikes, it allows for the destruction of important military targets, which was confirmed by successful attacks on bridges in the Kursk region. Previous operations using HIMARS demonstrated that this is one of Ukraine's most effective artillery systems.

Ukrainians are demolishing resistance points and conducting raids in the region, further destabilizing Russian positions - emphasized Gen. Waldemar Skrzypczak.

Besides the recent attacks on bridges in Kursk, HIMARS was a key element during numerous operations on the eastern front. This system has gained a reputation as an unstoppable tool due to its ability to precisely strike targets at a distance of up to 80 kilometres.

The destruction of the bridges in Kursk and HIMARS's further capabilities may impact the course of the conflict. Russia's responses are slow and inadequate, giving Ukraine a strategic advantage in this region. International support for Ukraine, especially in the supply of advanced weaponry, may be crucial for further success.

Mysterious Ukrainian plan in the Kursk region

President Zelensky admitted that he did not inform allies about the plans for the incident, fearing skepticism about the execution of the first major attack on Russian territory since World War II.

That’s why no one was informed about our preparations. Now real success speaks for itself," - emphasized the President of Ukraine, highlighting that the Russian defence lines turned out to be "naive" and "illusory".

The offensive in eastern Ukraine is still ongoing, and the Russian army is making progress. The Ukrainian parliament decided to ban the activities of the Russian Orthodox Church, which was accused of favouring Moscow. Zelensky described this step as strengthening Ukraine's "spiritual independence."
