The Białoruski Hajun portal reported that after 7:30 PM Eastern Time, there was an explosion in the Homel region. Homel is a Belarusian city located just a few dozen miles from the borders with Russia and Ukraine.

Earlier, the Belarusian channel reported that two Russian Shahed drones entered Belarusian territory from the Chernihiv region in Ukraine. At night, the Russians massively attacked Ukraine with Shahed drones.

The channel informed that earlier, the Belarusian Air Force had scrambled two fighter jets stationed at an airport in Baranovichi.

On Telegram, the portal published a video, purportedly shot at night in Homel. It shows a fiery trail in the sky from the shot-down drone.

"According to reports from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Białoruski Hajun project, this summer, Russian suicide bombers began raids on Belarus. As part of the same project, there were already reports of explosions of Russian drones in Belarus," reminds the Russian portal ASTRA.
