An enormous line of tankers waiting for loading has formed toward the Moscow refinery. Drones attacked the facility at the beginning of September, which led to a massive explosion.

The refinery in Moscow was targeted on the night of September 1. As a result, there was a massive explosion at the facility, affecting the refinery's operations. A huge traffic jam of tankers waiting for loading reportedly formed in Moscow during the night of September 10 to 11, according to local channels on Telegram.

The Russians did not report any damage to the facility or production delays caused by the strike. Published photos online may suggest, however, that the refinery has not yet been restored to its pre-attack state.

Moscow also became the target of a drone attack during the night from Monday to Tuesday. Following the strike, airports including Vnukovo, Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, and Zhukovsky were closed. Debris from a downed drone fell onto the runway at Zhukovsky Airport.

Drones also struck two skyscrapers in the city of Ramenskoye near Moscow. One person reportedly lost their life as a result of the attack, according to Russian authorities.

Ukraine continues its attacks on other targets located on Russian territory. According to reports from Axios, The White House has decided to lift restrictions on the use of ATACMS missiles for attacks on Russian territory, as Secretary of State Antony Blinken reportedly announced in Kyiv on Wednesday.
