Doctor of Dietetics Michał Wrzosek reveals five products always in his kitchen in his latest video. Thanks to these ingredients, he successfully balances his meals, translating into a healthy and balanced diet. As the YouTuber vividly described in his program, it also affects health.

Nutritionist Michał Wrzosek enjoys immense popularity on social media, with over 500,000 people following his profile on Facebook. This is not surprising, as he regularly shares valuable dietary tips that attract the attention of those who care about a healthy diet and those looking for culinary inspiration.

This time, Dr. Wrzosek decided to reveal which five food products he always has in his kitchen. "In my definition, a healthy diet comprises simple products you can get at any store, appropriately combined, in the right proportions. It's so simple, yet it changes everything," he wrote in a post.

Five products worth eating on a diet

The first product that Dr. Michał Wrzosek always has in his kitchen is a whole-grain wrap. As he explains, it's his saviour in situations when there's no fresh bread or when he needs to quickly prepare a healthy meal – the wrap allows for creating a nutritious dish in just a few minutes.

The second product on his list is mozzarella, which he values for its ease and speed of use. It's an excellent source of protein that doesn't require cooking—just open it and add it to sandwiches, wraps, or pasta, making it ideal for quick meals.

The third product is eggs. They can be prepared in countless ways and are a great source of protein, which is why they always have a place in the kitchen.

Fourth place goes to favourite vegetables and fruits, which, according to the nutritionist, are the foundation of good health. In his case, it's primarily arugula, bell peppers, and tomatoes. As for fruits, Dr. Wrzosek always has blueberries, bananas, and frozen raspberries, which he keeps in the freezer.

The fifth place goes to ice cream. Dr. Wrzosek admits that he likes ice cream but emphasizes that it doesn't mean eating the whole package simultaneously. Instead, he adds one scoop to oatmeal, which allows him to enjoy the flavour more moderately.
