Czech potato pancakes
Ingredients:
- 900 grams of potatoes
- 120 millilitres of milk
- 2 eggs
- 200 grams of bacon
- 140 grams of potato starch
- 1-2 tablespoons of marjoram
- 1 head of garlic
- Salt and pepper
Preparation Method:
- Peel the potatoes and grate them finely.
- Dice the bacon.
- Mix the potatoes, eggs, potato starch, bacon, marjoram, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add milk and crushed or chopped garlic, then mix thoroughly.
- Heat the fat in a pan.
- Spoon the pancakes onto the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.
