If anyone thinks that oatmeal is boring, they definitely haven't tried these cupcakes yet. Oatmeal is one of the delicious layers. In addition, we have one of the best dessert combinations here—chocolate and peanut butter. It’s impossible to resist such charming cupcakes.
No-bake peanut butter and chocolate cupcakes
When it's hot outside, I don't want to raise the temperature further with a heated oven. However, this doesn't mean I must give up dessert—many recipes do not require baking. One of my favourites is delicious oatmeal cupcakes with chocolate and peanut butter.
The preparation is very simple, but you must be patient because the cupcakes must freeze properly. It's worth the wait because they are delicious.
Ingredients:
Oatmeal layer:
- 500 ml of oatmeal,
- 125 ml of honey,
- 80 ml of peanut butter,
- 80 ml of chopped peanuts.
Chocolate layer:
- 1 bar of dark chocolate,
- 2 teaspoons of 30% cream.
Peanut layer:
- 125 ml of peanut butter,
- 30 g of chocolate flakes.
Preparation:
Step 1. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl. Add chopped peanuts, honey, and peanut butter, and mix thoroughly. Transfer the resulting mixture into cupcake moulds and press down to form the first layer of the dessert. Pour melted dark chocolate mixed with cream over it and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 2. When the cupcakes are cooled and the chocolate has solidified, add peanut butter and sprinkle the top with chocolate flakes. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Step 3. After cooling, serve the cupcakes by removing them from the moulds. Enjoy your meal!
