Ingredients:

• 3 large cucumbers
• spring onion
• two cloves of garlic
• ¼ package of feta cheese
• 1 litre of buttermilk
• a pinch of pepper

Preparation:

Wash the cucumbers, peel them, remove the seeds, and cut them into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Put all these ingredients in a blender, pour in cold buttermilk, and blend until you get a smooth consistency. You can blend the feta with the rest, cut it into small pieces, and add to the soup.
