The Atesh partisan movement reported via Telegram on the arrival of numerous killed and injured Russian soldiers to the occupied city of Dzhankoy in Crimea.
At the station, it was observed mass transport of the injured and 200 killed from the left bank of the occupied Kherson region - the Kyiv Post cites the partisans' report. The Russian military command continues to deploy mobilized forces to the front, where they face self-propelled guns and contribute to the growing statistics of the Russian army's losses, claim the partisans.
Military equipment transport on the way
In the occupied Dzhankoy, the partisans also monitored the passage of a train loaded with Russian BM-21 Grad multiple-launch rocket systems heading to the Kherson region.
The occupying regime is resorting to Soviet-era weapons systems in the war against Ukraine, reports the partisans.
Atesh noted a significant and rapid depletion of equipment stocks. They declared they are working "towards increasing casualties in Russia," with the unintentional support of Russian soldiers themselves.
They added that they know where the new equipment will be stored, stating, "It doesn't have to exist for long."
At the end of March, Atesh agents reported close monitoring of the situation in Crimea, occupied by Russia, and stated that the Kremlin continues to amass troops there, even preparing to rebuff Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups in Sevastopol, reports the Kyiv Post.
The partisans also claim that Russian special services are conducting operations aimed at quashing pro-Ukrainian sentiments. According to Atesh, Russia is planning new terrorist attacks for this purpose.
In mid-April, Ukrainian military intelligence reported that Kyiv "destroyed or seriously damaged" four launchers of the most potent Russian air defence system – the S-400. Ukrainian partisans from the Atesh movement confirmed their participation in the attack.
