- 2.5 oz (70 g) of green pesto,
- 1.75 oz (50 g) of yellow cheese,
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
- Spices: salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation method:
- Start by preparing the chicken. First, thoroughly clean and then dry the meat.
- Next, divide it into smaller pieces and pound them into thin slices with a meat tenderizer.
- Season each piece of chicken to taste with salt and pepper. Then, spread a layer of green pesto over it.
- Place a few tomato slices directly on the pesto.
