Bodybuilder Illia Golem dies at 36 after heart attack
At 36, Illia Golem, known as the most monstrous bodybuilder in the world, passed away. The Belarusian, known for his exceptional physique, died after a heart attack at his home on September 6. Despite resuscitation efforts by his wife Anna and a swift helicopter transport to the hospital, Golem did not survive.

Illia Golem, referred to as the "340-pound beast" and "Mutant", was an impressive figure in the world of bodybuilding.
He was known for his enormous chest circumference of 150 centimetres and biceps measuring 64 centimetres in circumference. Golem was famous for his incredible strength, being able to bench press 270 kilograms and perform a deadlift with 320 kilograms.
Although he did not participate in official competitions, he gained enormous popularity on social media, amassing over 300,000 followers on Instagram.

Despite his passion and efforts to promote hard work and self-improvement, Golem was also known for his extreme eating habits.
His daily diet consisted of seven meals, providing 16,500 calories, which included, among other things, 108 pieces of sushi and over 2 kilograms of steak. Such an extreme lifestyle, as it turned out, affected his health.
After the bodybuilder’s death, his wife Anna thanked everyone for their support and condolences. She admitted that she spent every day by her husband's side, hoping for improvement. Unfortunately, doctors delivered tragic news. Illia's heart only beat again for two days, and his brain was damaged.
