Prepare blueberry bombs for an afternoon snack, and your loved ones will be ecstatic. This dessert is very simple to prepare, yet it can amaze you as if a chef made it from the best restaurant. All you need to do is mix blueberries with cottage cheese and whipped cream.
Blueberry bombs. The perfect dessert for summer with seasonal fruits
Blueberry bombs, in addition to the taste of seasonal fruits, contain a mixture of creamy and fluffy whipped cream and the delicacy of cottage cheese. One could say they are an ice cream dessert, as they are eaten after freezing. Waiting until they are ready to be taken out of the freezer is the hardest part of making blueberry bombs.
You can prepare blueberry bombs with any additions you like. Instead of blueberries, choose other fruits, such as raspberries or apricots, and use ground nuts for coating. There are really many options. Getting a silicone mould with semi-spherical indentations is also a good idea. This way, the bombs can appear on plates in a perfect, smooth shape.
