Some types can even harm our figures and health, accelerating aging processes and promoting weight gain. Experts point to three types of coffee that are best avoided.
Popular coffee with milk and sugar – enemy of health and figure
Although black coffee, in moderation, can have many health benefits, combining it with fatty milk and sugar turns it into a real calorie bomb. Regular consumption of such coffee in large amounts can lead to:
- Weight gain: The fat in cow's milk and sugar provides the body with significant calories, which can be stored as body fat.
