90,000 Russians were preparing for a new offensive against Ukraine, reports Nexta. On Saturday afternoon, Russian troops attacked Kharkiv with guided bombs. According to the latest information provided by Ukrainska Pravda, three people died, and 38 were injured.

On Friday, June 21, Finnish public broadcaster Yle reported, citing sources in national intelligence, that Russian ground forces' garrisons and military bases near the Finnish border were almost empty despite Russia's announcement of their reinforcement.

Almost 80 percent of Russian soldiers and equipment were transferred from the Finnish border to the Ukrainian front. Meanwhile, foreign media reported that 90,000 Russians were preparing for a new offensive against Ukraine.

According to the decision, Ukraine can use the HIMARS rocket systems provided by the US to target Russian soldiers as well as command and control centres.

President Volodymyr Zelensky announced via social media that the Russians attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs. "The debris is being cleared. All necessary services are on the scene. As of now, there are 19 wounded and 3 dead. My condolences to everyone who lost their loved ones," he stated.

According to the latest information provided by Ukrainska Pravda, three people died and 38 were injured. Among the wounded are also children.

The number of wounded has increased to 37. doctors are fighting for the lives of four patients - two women and two men who are in serious condition - said Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv regional authorities, in an interview with the portal.
