Recipe for weight loss soup

Preparing young cabbage soup is incredibly simple and quick. Just chop the vegetables, toss them into a pot with broth, and cook until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs, and it's ready!

Ingredients:

                                              
  • 1 kg of young cabbage,
  • 1 litre of vegetable broth,
  • 150 grams of carrots,
  • 2 celery stalks,
  • 200 grams of onions,
  • 170 grams of red bell pepper,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • salt,
  • pepper,
  • 1 bay leaf (optional),
  • 3 allspice berries.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the vegetables: dice the onions and carrots finely, cut the celery into small pieces, and remove the seeds from the bell pepper and dice it.
  2. Heat a pan with butter and sauté the onions and carrots. Add garlic and sauté for a moment.
  3. Then, transfer the vegetables to a pot and pour in the broth. Add the chopped cabbage and season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, allspice, and bay leaf.
  4. Cook the soup until the cabbage is tender, then chop a bunch of dill and add it.
