"The EFKO factory, which officially focuses on food production, was attacked, but in reality, it also produces cargo drones used by the Russian army," Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Ukrainian Centre for Counteracting Disinformation, shared on social media.

The attack took place in the Novgorod region, approximately 675 kilometres from the Ukrainian border. The 13th Arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate (GRAU) of the Russian Ministry of Defence was hit.

In response to this information, the Russian Ministry of Defence reported that they managed to neutralize 44 Ukrainian drones, which operated over the Belgorod region, among others.

The propaganda agency TASS conveyed that the factory building suffered minor damage after a Ukrainian drone hit the building next door.
