The information about the situation near Kupiansk was provided by soldiers from the Operational-Strategic Grouping of Troops "Khortytsia".

In the Kupiansk direction, the Russians carried out unsuccessful offensive operations near Petropavlivka, Nova Kruglyakivka, and Zagrizove.

The military reported that moreover, due to the active fire from the Defence Forces units, the enemy was forced to abandon their forward positions at one of the locations. Currently, according to group's intelligence data, the command of the occupying army is threatening the personnel with execution to make them return to the positions.

Brutality of the Russian army: Series of executions

Proof of actions by the Russian military that go against any norms was also provided by the UN in recent days.

The UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine confirmed 79 executions of Ukrainian prisoners of war conducted by Russians only since August of last year. It was emphasized that this is a war crime that requires an urgent response from the international community.

The UN data is based on the analysis of video and photo materials published by Ukrainian and Russian sources.
