Tortilla with egg spread. These rolls will cause a sensation

Tortilla rolls have been the undefeated queens of party snacks for years. Rolls are always a good choice when you don't know what to serve. You can serve them cold or warm in various flavours and colour combinations. And if you're out of breakfast ideas using eggs, try the tortilla rolls recipe with egg spread. And it’s not just any spread but one composed of the intense flavour of sun-dried tomatoes and nutritious avocado.

If you like to mix things up in the kitchen, add a bit of horseradish to the egg spread to give it some kick. Herb fans don’t have to settle for just chives. If you prefer more robust flavours than chives, use fresh thyme, a favourite for sun-dried tomatoes. Try it, and you won’t regret it.
