On Thursday, Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine with various types of missiles. One of the missiles used was an intercontinental ballistic missile - claims the Ukrainian army. The ballistic missile was reportedly launched from Russia's Astrakhan region, located by the Caspian Sea.

At this time, the claims of the Ukrainian army cannot be verified.

Russia did not use an intercontinental ballistic missile in Thursday's attack against Ukraine - writes ABC News, citing information from a Western official. According to the official speaking with ABC News, it was a ballistic missile aimed at the city of Dnipro.

Meanwhile, Russia has not commented on these reports. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declined to comment. He only stated that all questions on this topic should be directed to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
