Fortunately, there are many ways to combat constipation. In addition to changing your diet and lifestyle, you can try home remedies like a prune drink. When choosing prunes in the store, ensure they are not sulfur-treated. Otherwise, you will need to rinse them before use.

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 prunes
  • 1 cup warm water (250 mL)
