- Overnight from Friday to Saturday, Israel struck Iran. The attack was said to be retaliation for the Iranian shelling on October 1st. The IDF spokesperson reported that precision strikes were conducted on military targets. The United States was reportedly informed in advance about the planned attack.
- It was also a difficult night for the residents of Kyiv. A Russian drone hit a residential skyscraper in the capital of Ukraine. The attack killed a teenage girl and injured five people. Emergency services battled with fires on the upper floors of the building. There are also reports of intense Russian shelling in Dnipro.
- Gangsters shot dead prosecutor Marcelo Vasconez and a police officer assigned to his protection in Ecuador on Friday, according to local media.
