Amazing avocado fritters with vegetable filling I could eat endlessly
Ingredients:
Fritters:
- 1 avocado,
- 100 grams (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese,
- 1 egg,
- spices: salt and pepper to taste.
Other ingredients:
- 4 leaves of romaine lettuce,
- a few slices of tomato,
- a handful of red onion.
Method of preparation:
Step 1. I started the recipe by preparing the cakes based on avocado. After removing the skin and pit, I mash the fruit with a fork.
Step 2. I add the other ingredients—an egg and shredded mozzarella. I also remember the spices, namely salt and pepper.
Step 3. From the resulting mixture, I form small cakes in a baking form. Earlier, I secure the kitchen gadget with parchment paper. Only in this form can the cakes go into the preheated oven for 25 minutes. The appliance should work at a temperature of 177°C (350°F) at this time.
Step 4. After the visit in the oven, all that remains is to assemble all the ingredients. To do this, I place the first avocado cake on a plate. Directly on it, I put a lettuce leaf, tomato pieces, and strips of red onion.
