The Finnish Ministry of Defense reported on Monday that it suspects that a Russian military aircraft violated airspace for about 2 minutes that day.

"As the investigation progressed, it became clear that in addition to the previously reported Russian aircraft, there are also reasons to suspect airspace violations by three other aircraft," the Border Guard stated on Friday.

The statement mentioned two bombers and two fighters.

According to the Ministry of Defense, a Russian aircraft last violated Finnish airspace in August 2022.
