Easy and nutritious: Baked chicken drumsticks on rice
When I need to quickly prepare a hearty dinner, I always opt for this meat. The task is made easier because the chicken bakes together with the rice in the oven. Just prepare a salad, and that's it. A delicious meal is ready without spending a long time in the kitchen.

Whenever time is short, poultry is a good choice. Even chicken drumsticks, which indeed take a bit longer to bake, don't require marinating. Simply rub them with spices and pop them in the oven.
Protein, vitamins, and much more
Chicken thighs are one of the most popular types of poultry meat. The dark meat of the thighs contains more myoglobin—a protein that stores oxygen in the muscles, improving their function. This makes the meat darker and richer in nutritional value. Chicken thighs also contain B vitamins, as well as vitamins A, C, and D. Additionally, thighs are a source of iron, which is essential for oxygen transport in the body. Consuming dark poultry meat can support brain function and the circulatory system.
Delicious and economical
Chicken thighs can be used in the kitchen in many ways. However, baking is definitely the most popular method. It's also an extremely practical way. After placing the thighs in the oven, there's practically nothing more we need to do. Baked thighs are also considered the most delicious. Additionally, when I bake them with rice, they're incredibly filling and economical. This kind of dinner can satisfy the whole family. Toward the end of baking, you can add leftover canned vegetables that are often left after making salads. Corn, beans, or green peas work well.
