Homemade pistachio ice cream - recipe

As mentioned, you only need 3 simple ingredients to prepare this healthy dessert. Their combination guarantees unforgettable taste experiences while simultaneously eliminating guilt.

Ingredients:

  • 34 grams unsalted pistachios,
  • 250 grams of natural yogurt,
  • 1.5 teaspoons honey.

Optional: dark chocolate or berries for garnishing.

Preparation method:

  1. Transfer the pistachios to a small bowl and cover with water. Set aside for about an hour. After this time, carefully drain them and transfer them to a blender, setting aside a tablespoon of nuts.
  2. Next, add the natural yogurt and honey to the blender. Blend everything into a smooth mass.
  3. Finely chop the reserved pistachios and add to the ice cream mixture, then mix thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a tightly sealed container and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Serve the dessert topped with dark chocolate or with berries.
