Cauliflower nuggets. Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower,
  • 2 cups of cornflakes,
  • 1 cup of milk or plant-based beverage,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 3/4 cup of cornmeal,
  • sweet paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Divide the cauliflower into florets and steam until half-cooked.
  2. Crush or blend the cornflakes. Then, mix them with cornmeal, garlic, and spices, and add the milk. Stir until a thick batter forms.
  3. Dip the cooled cauliflower florets in the prepared mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the prepared cauliflower nuggets for 20-30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
