Cauliflower nuggets. Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower,
- 2 cups of cornflakes,
- 1 cup of milk or plant-based beverage,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 3/4 cup of cornmeal,
- sweet paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
Preparation:
- Divide the cauliflower into florets and steam until half-cooked.
- Crush or blend the cornflakes. Then, mix them with cornmeal, garlic, and spices, and add the milk. Stir until a thick batter forms.
- Dip the cooled cauliflower florets in the prepared mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the prepared cauliflower nuggets for 20-30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
