Joe Biden appeared at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. A fundraiser for the incumbent U.S. president's campaign took place there. The Democrats could announce success—the fundraiser ended with a record collection of CAD 38 million.

However, during the event, an incident again raises questions about President Joe Biden's condition and health.

In one of the recordings from Los Angeles, you can see the head of state suddenly freeze, staring at the crowd gathered under the stage. Former U.S. president Barack Obama saves him from this predicament. Obama grabs Biden by the hand and leads him off the stage.

Biden's health issues

This is not the first concerning video featuring Joe Biden in recent times. Now and then, videos of the U.S. president's public appearances surface online, and he appears absent and distracted, raising doubts about Biden's health.

The Wall Street Journal recently reported on the 81-year-old president's cognitive decline. The journal cites Biden's interlocutors, who claimed that during meetings, the president speaks too quietly and pauses during longer monologues. The interlocutors wondered if Biden was falling asleep. Meanwhile, Kevin McCarthy, the former Speaker of the House, claimed that Biden had to rely on notes to carry on dialogues. The White House rejected insinuations about the president's health condition.

Let's remember that the 81-year-old Biden is seeking re-election. The presidential election in the United States is scheduled for November 5. The current head of state's rival is expected to be his predecessor, Donald Trump.
