On Saturday, July 13, Donald Trump was shot in the ear during a campaign rally organized in Butler, Pennsylvania. Two people were killed at the scene, including the attacker himself, Thomas Crooks. The motivation of the attacker is being determined by FBI agents who have analyzed the contents of the perpetrator's two phones.

On Wednesday, the media obtained further information on the case, which is the result of actions by American services. "The Telegraph" reports that before the attack, the perpetrator browsed online for photos of famous people who might have been his potential victims.

Among them were Christopher Wray, director of the FBI, and Merrick Garland, Attorney General of the United States. However, that's not all. During the attack's planning, the perpetrator also searched for information about one of the royals. It has not been disclosed who specifically.

Additionally, while analyzing the perpetrator's phones, it was determined that he had browsed the internet for pictures of Donald Trump and Joe Biden and the dates of their upcoming campaign rallies. Recently, he also searched for information about symptoms of depressive disorders. The FBI director reported that over 200 interviews have been conducted, and the investigation is ongoing.
