Making homemade apple bread is very straightforward, and this bread can play various roles at home—from dessert to the main ingredient in sandwiches. Homemade Apple Bread
Ingredients:
- 100 g spelt flour,
- 100 g oat flour,
- 300 g grated apples,
- 2 eggs,
- 30 g oil,
- 4 tablespoons erythritol,
- 50 g cranberries,
- 70 g walnuts,
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder,
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Instructions:
- Place the grated apples in a bowl. Add eggs and oil.
- Separately mix the sweetener, spelt flour, oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Now combine the contents of both bowls, also adding the cranberries and chopped nuts.
- Mix everything thoroughly and transfer to a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Place in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
