  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Line a 9-inch pan with parchment paper. Additionally, secure the bottom with aluminum foil.
  2. In one bowl, combine yogurt, egg yolks, oil, and pudding mix. In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, gradually adding sugar while continuing to beat. Finally, add lemon juice and gently mix.
  3. Gently combine the egg white mixture with the yogurt mixture using a spatula.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Place it into a larger pan, then pour boiling water into the larger pan up to halfway up the height of the smaller pan. Bake at 175°C for about 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
  5. After baking, leave the cake in the pan to cool completely.
