Zelensky, U.S. Senators push for long-range weapons for Ukraine
Volodymyr Zelensky met with American congressmen to discuss, among other things, the approval for Ukraine to use long-range weapons. Republican Lindsey Graham also commented on the situation in Kursk, saying, “Bold, brilliant, beautiful. Keep it up.”

On Monday evening, the President of Ukraine met with American Senators, Republican Lindsey Graham and Democrat Richard Blumenthal. They discussed what is needed to bring this war to a just end, including the necessity of using long-range weapons.
After the meeting, the White House was urged to allow the Armed Forces of Ukraine to use long-range missiles for attacks on Russia.
The Republican also commented on the situation in Kursk, Russia. "What do I think about Kursk? Bold, brilliant, beautiful. Keep it up. (...) Bottom line is to the administration. ... Give them weapons they need to win the war they can't afford to lose," said Lindsey Graham.
Ukrainian forces in Russia
The Armed Forces of Ukraine control about 390 square miles of Russian Federation territory, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, reported on Monday. Meanwhile, President Volodymyr Zelensky has instructed preparing a humanitarian plan for the operational territory in the Kursk region.
The Russians are also discussing Ukraine's successes in the Kursk region. Twenty-eight localities in the Kursk region are under enemy control. The fate of about 2,000 residents is unknown, reported the governor of the region, Alexei Smirnov, to Vladimir Putin on Monday.
