Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced his intention to present his "victory plan" at the contact group meeting in the Ramstein format on October 12 in Germany. According to the Ukrainian president, these are "clear, concrete steps towards a just end to the war."

"We are preparing for the 25th Ramstein meeting on October 12, which will be the first to take place at the leaders’ level. We will present the Victory Plan—clear, concrete steps towards a just end to the war. The determination of our partners and the strengthening of Ukraine are what can stop Russian aggression," emphasized the president on social media.

"We extend our gratitude to everyone who is helping to defend our state, Europe, and the entire world," he added.
